First Course

Classic French Onion Soup with a toasted baguette and melted cheese blend

Wine: Chateau Jarnioux Beaujolais



Second Course

Roasted red beets salad with pickled onions, feta cheese, kalamata olive tapenade and baby arugula. Tossed in a lemon-thyme dressing.

Wine: Mazzoni Vermentino



Third Course

House made pappardelle pasta tossed with veal ossobuco sauce and balsamic demi-glace

Wine: Produttori Barbaresco



Fourth Course

Seared polenta crusted salmon filet topped with portabella mushroom tartar. Served with cauliflower puree and thyme-butter carrots sauce.

Wine: Michel Picard Burgundy Pinot Noir


Final Course

Millefoglie with white chocolate mousse, fresh berries, and rhubarb sorbet

Wine: Moscato
